Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
MLD is a gentle, therapeutic form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to help the body remove waste and toxins. It’s especially popular for reducing swelling, boosting immune function, and enhancing recovery.

What Is It Good For?
Lymphatic drainage massage is beneficial for:
✔ Reducing swelling (edema), especially after surgery or injury.
✔ Post-operative care (e.g., after cosmetic surgery).
✔ Improving circulation and immune system support.
✔ Detoxification.
✔ Reducing water retention and bloating.
✔ Relieving symptoms of lymphedema.
✔ Soothing sinus pressure or congestion.
✔ Skin health and cellulite appearance.
How It Works
The massage uses light, rhythmic strokes in the direction of lymph flow to encourage movement of lymph fluid. Unlike deep tissue massage, it’s very gentle and slow, often inducing relaxation or even sleep.
Ideal Clients
✔ Post-surgery patients (e.g. after liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck).
✔ People with swelling or fluid retention.
✔ Pregnant or postpartum women.
✔ Individuals with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, or autoimmune conditions.
